At M3 Security we pride ourselves on the quality of our aftercare following an installation of one of our systems. Whilst we specialise in maintaining and servicing our own installations, we are also happy to take over the maintenance of systems that were installed by others.


A member of our service team is available 24/7 365 days a year and in many cases we offer a 4-hour attendance. Our network of technicians and telephone technical support teams will ensure that you receive a first class service.


It is essential, and in many cases a legal requirement, to have your system maintained. We provide a range of maintenance packages and will tailor these to suit your specific or individual requirements. Each maintenance package includes as standard all routine servicing and maintenance, unlimited phone and email support and significantly reduced call-out and labour rates for any repairs required outside of warranty.


For additional peace of mind we also offer extended warranties on all of our systems.
