Led by Stuart May, the M3 team is small yet highly effective. Since our launch in 2005 we have established an enviable client base and a reputation for quality solutions and superior customer service.
From our HQ in Hampshire we work throughout South East England, including London and the Home Counties.
Every security solution that we design and install is fully compliant with all relevant British and European Safety Standards. Our installations come with service and maintenance package options, and additional extended warranties for that extra peace of mind.

Stuart founded M3 after many years as an engineer and senior manager within large security firms. He wanted to use his skills and expertise to deliver solutions tailored to each client's specific requirements, with a focus on the highest possible level of customer service.
Karen Avis
Office Manager
Having previously worked with Karen, Stuart knew that she was the perfect person to be responsible for the company administration, liaising with clients, managing the engineer's schedule and generally keeping him on his toes!

Multi-disciplined Technician
James and the highly experienced team on the ground were personally trained by Stuart, completing City & Guilds Level 2 Security Systems qualifications and apprenticeship schemes. Stuart continues to work with them in the field to ensure the highest quality standards and continued personal and professional development.
